Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Python Developer with expertise in TypeScript and Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, experience with TypeScript, and a solid understanding of Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Python applications using TypeScript and Azure services.
2. Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services using Python, TypeScript, and Azure Functions.
3. API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python, TypeScript, and Azure API Management.
4. Azure Services Integration: Integrate Python applications with Azure services such as Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure coding best practices are followed.
6. Collaboration and Code Review: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Mandatory skill
1. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Python development, with experience in TypeScript and Azure services.
2. Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
2. Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
3. Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
4. Experience with testing frameworks such as PyUnit, Unittest, and Jest.
5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
3. Soft Skills:
1. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred skill
1. Certifications: Certified Python Developer, Certified Azure Developer, or Certified TypeScript Developer.
2. Experience with Other Technologies: Familiarity with other technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
