What You'll Do:
- Develop Test Frameworks: Write Python scripts for the development of test frameworks.
- Testing: Perform manual and automated testing using the pyTest framework.
- Test Planning: Write test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Automate Pipelines: Develop automated pipelines for testing.
- Manual Testing: Develop and execute manual test plans for AUTOSAR-compliant and non-AUTOSAR systems.
- Maintain Test Environments: Participate in the development and maintenance of test environments, including hardware and software configurations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze Results: Analyze and interpret test results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- Mandatory:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in automotive software product testing.
- Good hands-on experience with manual testing of automotive software.
- Good hands-on experience with test automation using the Robot framework with Python.
- Preferred:
- Experience with AUTOSAR-compliant systems.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (DevOps).

- Proficient in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Groovy, and Shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols like CAN or Ethernet.
- Experience with testing tools such as Vector CANoe, CANanalyzer, and Monaco for diagnostics testing.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Soft Skills:
- Mandatory: A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a mentoring role or leading a small team.
- Verification: Be prepared to undergo a technical assessment and code review as part of the interview process.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
