About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, Node.js, React.js, HTML, and CSS, possessing strong logical thinking, analytical abilities, and a passion for creating innovative and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize innovative software solutions using Python, Node.js, and React.js.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end teams to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and build responsive, visually appealing user interfaces utilizing React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and efficiently resolve software issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices.
• Actively participate in software design reviews, contributing logical insights and in-depth analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and detailed documentation of applications.
• Ensure performance optimization and adherence to application security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BE, B Tech., or any Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Python and Node.js.
• Solid experience in React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, emphasizing logical analysis and critical thinking.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills within a team environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred & Nice to have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment processes.
