We’re looking for a seasoned Python developer to join our remote-first team and contribute to a long-term, open source project at the intersection of software and hardware in the semiconductor world.

This role goes beyond scripting – you’ll help shape core infrastructure, with a strong focus on architecture and systems thinking.

We have ambitious plans and we need you to make that happen!

• Developing, maintaining and expanding a Python-based flow and hardware modeling framework

• Building and evolving internal tooling and infrastructure – designed to serve both the company and the broader open source community, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments and automated testing infrastructure

• Participating in architectural decisions and contributing to the long-term technical vision, with a focus on scalability, reliability and DevOps best practices

• Collaborating with internal teams and external contributors in a highly technical, community-driven environment, championing DevOps culture and promoting efficient development-to-deployment workflows

• A senior Python developer with experience designing complex systems

• Ideally someone with background or interest in hardware or embedded development

• A system-oriented thinker who understands context and long-term impact

• Comfortable working in a Unix/Linux environment and open source culture
