What we’re looking for in our developer:- Core AI engineering
- Strong Python
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases
- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI or similar)
- Systems engineering
- Async pipelines and background job processing
- SQL + PostgreSQL
- Docker + GitLab CI
- Clean integrations with external and internal APIs
- Engineering mindset
- Unit and integration testing
- Good logging & monitoring practices
- Ability to structure work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
