About the team:

FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced Python developer with Hive DB experience to our growing team. Our team supports MBP implementation team for 8 clients who are on Production and new ones to create and maintain the reports, extracts, design their datawarehouse and help with their data needs. The role of the Python Developer is to provide support, analyze and code the new changes, and fix the BAU issues that may arise and require further investigation and resolution. 

What you will be doing:

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.

• Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

• Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.

• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.

• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.

What you bring:

• Must have 7-10 IT Years of experience

• Must have below technical skills experience:

• Technical Skill:- SQL , Python, Shell scripts.

• Very Good knowledge in writing and understanding complex SQL queries Good in Python, Unix Shell scripting , Big Data framework

• Knowledge on Spark/Kafka is a plus

• Build tool:- Jira and Bit Bucket 

• Knowledge of Banking Domain knowledge.

• Strong analytical skills
