Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its technology talent pool and looking for experienced Python Developers to support enterprise application development, API development, automation, data platforms and technology resource-augmentation engagements.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience developing scalable, secure and production-ready Python applications for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Position

Mid-Level Python Developer: 3–5 Years
Senior Python Developer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Technology Environment

Python | Django | FastAPI | Flask | REST APIs | PostgreSQL | MySQL | Redis | Celery | Docker | Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Python.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Django, FastAPI, Flask or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop microservices and service-oriented applications.
• Integrate internal enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization and secure API access.
• Develop background jobs and asynchronous processing where required.
• Implement logging, monitoring, validation and audit mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, Data and Product teams.

Enterprise & Domain Exposure

Depending on the engagement, candidates may work on:

Senior-Level Expectations

• Lead technical design and implementation of complex Python services.
• Contribute to backend and microservices architecture.
• Establish development standards and review code.
• Mentor Mid-Level and Junior developers.
• Lead performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
• Participate in solution design and client technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong REST API development experience.
• Good database knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Git and Agile/Scrum.
• Good understanding of secure software development practices.

Preferred Skills

Django REST Framework | FastAPI | Celery | Redis | PostgreSQL | MongoDB | Docker | Kubernetes | Kafka | RabbitMQ | AWS/Azure | CI/CD

Experience with high-volume applications, payment systems, financial services or enterprise integration will be an advantage.
