Python Developer with expertise in AI/GenAI, RAG architectures, Data Integration, and Cloud Automation

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support enterprise-level analytics, AI initiatives, and platform transformations. This role contributes to the organization’s strategic objectives by delivering innovative data solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting data governance practices. Software Requirements

• Required: Python (version 3.8+), Snowflake, SQL Server, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and data modeling tools.

• Preferred: Java, React JS, orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow), and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Mandatory experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis tools.

• Proven expertise in building AI-driven insights and RAG architectures, particularly Graph RAG.

• Familiarity with NLQ interfaces, Genesys Cloud APIs/SDKs, and Architect Flow.

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data flows.

• Build AI/GenAI solutions for deriving insights from enterprise data, including Natural Language Query interfaces.

• Integrate data ingestion processes with platforms such as Genesys Cloud and Salesforce, supporting external and internal APIs.

• Support large-scale platform transformations with effective project prioritization.

• Monitor, debug, and improve data pipelines for performance and reliability.

• Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.

• Implement data governance, quality, and automation best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical solutions and processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in data ingestion, pipelines, and API integrations with platforms like Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.

• Exposure to cloud automation, data governance, and platform transformation projects.

• Industry experience in finance, telecommunications, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Candidates with alternative experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar fields are also eligible.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data ingestion workflows.

• Collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions.

• Supporting platform migration and transformation initiatives through agile delivery.

• Monitoring pipeline performance and troubleshooting issues proactively.

• Participating in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and code reviews.

• Documenting solutions, sharing best practices, and advocating for data governance standards.

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Certifications in Python programming, cloud platforms, or data management (preferred).

• Ongoing professional development through industry courses, webinars, or workshops related to data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies.
