Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Python
- Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to build scalable and reliable systems
- Work with relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Ensure the backend architecture is efficient, secure, and scalable
- Occasionally support or collaborate with frontend tasks if familiar with React
- Participate in Agile workflows, code reviews, and technical discussions
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python development
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service design
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to code quality
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
- Based in Brazil
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience or familiarity with React
- Willingness to occasionally contribute to frontend development tasks
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
