We're looking for a Python Developer with Angular experience to join our growing team. Our execution success is rooted in our unique model that is supported by our industry partners and specialists. This is a 100% remote role, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.
Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and enhance Angular applications with clean, modular, and reusable front‑end components.
- Lead architectural decisions, contribute to system design, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, plan features, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimizations across the stack.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and drive long‑term stability improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Python development experience, including API design, asynchronous programming, and modern frameworks.
- Strong Angular expertise with component-driven architecture and scalable front‑end development.
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with relational/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and code quality practices across backend and frontend.
