Join Industrial Operations one of our five world-class production sites to play a crucial role in supplying our portfolio of active pharmaceutical ingredients to a broad patient population. You will be responsible for delivering active pharmaceutical ingredients to the highest pharmaceutical standards in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment, with a focus on safety, quality and reliability.

Day-to-day on the job:
As part of a six-month contract, you ensure the smooth execution and optimization of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from purchase requisition to Good Receipts. Act as a key point of contact for operational issues, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

This role contributes to the deployment of our Purchasing Platform: SATI and supports the local team.

This role is a key business partner between our external provider and our users.

This role is characterized by several business challenges:

  • Responsibility to monitor and maintain/coordinate the relevant Core Model methodology, SOPs, relevant documents & flowcharts (including RACI & step-by step process descriptions). He/She will participate to define the best methodology to formalize all relevant P2P processes & procedures and ensure that they will be kept up-to-date and reliable & reflect all the continues improvement changes.
  • The global deployment of the P2P core model.
  • Ensuring master data processes (VMD) within P2P are maintained in a controlled manner according to EuroAPI policies.

Daily P2P Operations Management

  • Monitor and manage the full P2P cycle: requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in the system.
  • Resolve operational issues and exceptions (missing POs, mismatches).

Process Compliance and Support

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Support internal users and suppliers with P2P-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain process documentation and user guides.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Business Units to ensure process alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams and system support teams (IT, Purchasing Platform).

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements.
  • Participate in or lead improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, standardization).
  • Support testing and deployment of system updates or new tools.

Reporting and KPIs

  • Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., PO, Spend Data, compliance rate).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Effective Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers, internal teams, and management.
  • Translate technical or process-related information into user-friendly language.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote process understanding and adoption

Our requirements

Education / Experience

  • +5 years, in Procurement Excellence
  • Solid understanding of P2P processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

  • Experience in working with outsourced operations
  • Experience working with or in Procurement
  • Rigorous, Assertive
  • High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization
  • High level of autonomy
  • Ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • Proficiency with Data Base Tool:  Excel, PowerBI …
