As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials at optimal costs. You will build strong vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure uninterrupted supply to support business growth.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and kitchen teams
- Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchase management
- Prior experience in Cloud Kitchen or a QSR company is a plus
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
