Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Assistant to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to help build and maintain a positive public image for our organization. You will assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and supporting internal communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR activities and effectiveness.
• Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate and support events such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
