Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team in Nashville, TN.
In this role, you will support public relations and communications initiatives while helping coordinate campaigns, events, client activities, and day-to-day communication efforts. Responsibilities

- Help prepare written materials, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate schedules, project details, and communication between team members.
- Assist with maintaining consistent messaging across campaigns and client initiatives.
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the public relations team.
- Represent Catch Vibe Voice professionally during meetings, events, and client interactions.
