Our store teams are the heart of Leap and we need to find the best and brightest team to be the face of our Rent The Runway Boutique coming back to Dupont Circle in Washington, DC January 2025. We are seeking Part-Time Operations Associates who are eager to make a direct impact on the experience of our customers and the success of the store.
What We’re Looking For:
- Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment and floor set updates
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
- Execute company-level operations-focused directives in partnership with the Store Manager and Retail Performance Manager.
- Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of store
- Support other areas of the business, including Sales & Service and Cashier, as needed
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus
- Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keys
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred
- Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
- Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
- Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Pay Range: $17/hr. - $19/hr.
