QualificationsWhat You’ll Do- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
- Complete assessments, documentation, and individualized nursing plans
- Administer medications within your scope of practice and applicable regulations
- Support established treatment plans and respond to urgent medical needs
- Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills throughout each shift
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to help maintain quality patient care
