As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing patient assessments and routine nursing care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care
- Following established nursing and correctional healthcare protocols
- Responding appropriately to urgent and emergency situations
- Communicating with the healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes
