Essential Job Functions
- Assist LCMS Foundation staff with day to day computer functionality and troubleshooting.
- Install software upgrades.
- Configure laptops and PC, and maintain servers, printers, and scanners.
- Assist IT Director with projects as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the areas of the essential job functions preferred.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems
- Good technical aptitude
- Ability to work well with people and teams
