Our team is growing, we are seeking psychologists to join our practice in Stellenbosch, Rondebosch Western Cape and Hilton, KZN.
We are a multi-disciplinary practice working with individuals across the lifespan with neurodevelopmental and mental health needs.
The candidate should ideally have an interest in neurodevelopmental needs, and the intersection between mental health and neurodevelopmental problems – and how these intersect and affect people’s lives. The roles require an interest in working within the broader family system (where required), and some commitment to a responsible, organized, and curious process of upskilling in this area. Clinicians will work closely within the teams, whilst independently managing a key-working caseload.
Requirements
- Valid South African training and registration as a Psychologist, as well as HPCSA and BHF registration and suitable individual insurance.
- Experience in the area of neurodevelopmental/neuropsychiatric work would be an advantage, and a willingness to provide group interventions would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent self-organizational skills, an ethical approach to work and professional relationships, excellent communications, and professional warmth and integrity in the development of client and other relationships.
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans would be ideal; whilst isiXhosa would be an excellent advantage.
- Own transport.

The Neurodiversity Centre provides comprehensive, multi-disciplinary services including research-based neurodevelopmental and educational assessments, diagnoses, psychoeducation, training, and individual, family, and couple support for children and adults with neuro-developmental challenges, specializing in Social Communication Disorders and conditions on the Autistic Spectrum.
