Provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Deliver timely, accurate clinical documentation, collaborate in an integrated multidisciplinary team, and participate in group supervision and ongoing learning opportunities supported by administrative resources.

Compensation & Benefits- $140,000 - $228,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
- Active DEA license in VA
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
