- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Thorough knowledge of subject matter and adopted curriculum
- In-depth knowledge of project-based learning methodology

- Ability to identify learning disabilities and support diverse learners
- Record-keeping of student competence, performance, progress and ability to handle parent communication
