Job Description
Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in backlog management, preferably SafeAgile.
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience working as a Proxy PO, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, or data-driven products is a plus.
- Certified CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business goals and define product requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization, refinement, and alignment with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams, designers, and QA engineers to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Act as the voice of the Product Owner in daily operations, clarifying doubts and making day-to-day product decisions.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to refine the backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality and usability.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of priorities.
