Job Description

Experience:

  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in backlog management, preferably SafeAgile.
  3. Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  4. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
  5. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  8. Experience working as a Proxy PO, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
  9. Knowledge of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams.
  10. Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, or data-driven products is a plus.
  11. Certified CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business goals and define product requirements.
  2. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization, refinement, and alignment with business needs.
  3. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  4. Collaborate with development teams, designers, and QA engineers to ensure successful implementation of features.
  5. Act as the voice of the Product Owner in daily operations, clarifying doubts and making day-to-day product decisions.
  6. Participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to refine the backlog.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality and usability.
  9. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of priorities.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

BE/B.Tech/MCA
