Neos Networks is on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for a confident, driven Provisioning Manager to lead our Order Management team to new levels of excellence.

This is a high‑profile, customer‑facing leadership role where you’ll guide a dedicated team responsible for delivering over 800 active customer orders. Your leadership will directly influence revenue recognition, customer satisfaction, and our reputation for best‑in‑class service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, Inspire & Develop Your Team

  • Motivate and mentor a team of Order Managers through 1:1s, coaching, and structured development plans.

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet workload demand.

  • Drive high engagement, capability and performance.

Success looks like: a confident, capable, motivated team delivering to time, cost and quality.

Own the End‑to‑End Order Delivery Process

  • Oversee orders from initial acceptance through to handover.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, systems are updated, and delivery plans are robust.

  • Make decisions on order readiness, escalate jeopardy cases, and ensure right‑first‑time performance.

Impact: predictable delivery, clean handovers, and reduced fallout.

Build Strong Stakeholder & Customer Relationships

  • Act as a senior point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Provide proactive updates, negotiate timelines, and manage escalations confidently.

Outcome: improved satisfaction, stronger partnerships, and timely resolution of issues.

Manage Escalations & Mitigate Risk

  • Lead on critical escalations, blockers, and jeopardy cases.

  • Approve workaround solutions and ensure swift recovery actions.

Goal: reduced delays and minimal impact to customer commitments.

Take Ownership of Forecasting & Aged WIP

  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and proactively manage aged orders.

  • Highlight systemic issues and drive improvements.

Your impact: stronger predictability, improved revenue flow, and controlled backlog.

Champion Process Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure process adherence, accurate invoicing, and zero compliance breaches.

  • Authorise cost challenges and escalate variances as needed.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Implement enhancements that save time, reduce cost, or improve quality.

You’ll make a difference by: shaping a smarter, more efficient delivery function.

Deliver High-Quality Reporting

  • Produce accurate, insightful weekly and monthly delivery dashboards.

  • Turn data into meaningful action for the wider business.

 

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing end‑to‑end delivery of Ethernet, Optical, or similar telecom solutions

Strong leadership experience: coaching, development, resource planning

Confidence working with customers, internal teams, and third‑party suppliers

Ability to resolve complex order issues under pressure

Excellent organisational skills with strong Excel/Outlook capability

A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Minimum: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths
Preferred: A‑levels or vocational qualifications (Business or Telecoms)
Desirable: Degree or leadership/telecoms certifications
