Position Overview:

We are seeking a Provider Operations Associate to join our team. The Provider Operations Associate will be responsible for providing support to our team of healthcare providers, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring high-quality patient care through effective communication with providers and coordination among different teams.

*The schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM PST. We are unable to offer any adjustments at this time.* 

*During the first month of this role there will be a training schedule that takes place Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM PST. We are unable to offer any adjustments at this time.*

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving issues related to the platform.
• Provide training and support to providers on the use of our platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and issues.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage provider schedules to ensure adequate coverage for high-demand markets.

You Will Likely Have:

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations or provider support roles in a healthcare or telehealth setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret data to assist in capacity planning.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Knowledge of telehealth .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range: Non-exempt position with a rate of $26.44/hour

This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
