The Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic marketing generalist to join our team within a world-leading Management Consultancy and to own the external Proudfoot brand across all channels. This role offers a step-up opportunity for someone keen to advance their marketing career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results, often within tight deadlines, and possess experience in consultancy or similar fast-moving sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan and deliver a variety of communications, brochures, marketing copy, and campaign initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, measurement, and reporting.
  • Content Creation: Manage the production of marketing materials (both physical and digital) and create compelling content that ensures brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Client Engagement: Understand the needs of our teams and agree on marketing initiatives that meet client acquisition and retention goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure marketing efforts align and deliver the high-net-worth brand image that communicates trust and integrity.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and events. Maintain and optimize the website and SEO.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a Management Consultancy or a similar industry, particularly in marketing to high-net-worth clients.
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, Content Management Systems, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the ability to generate buzz around products internally and externally.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strategize overall brand & marketing plan and go-to-market execution across different channels and segments.
  • Work to deliver a content plan quarterly and yearly across various media.
  • Conduct in-depth research to support our teams' communications and media output.
  • Set specific marketing goals that align with overall business direction.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including activities, response, leads, sales, and ROI.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and products.
  • Use feedback to ensure satisfaction and brand alignment.

Qualifications:

  • BA or MA in Marketing.
  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Generalist or in an agency servicing consulting or professional services firms.
  • Proven experience in demand generation and multi-channel B2B campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social strategies, both paid and organic.
