The Role

We are looking for a talented Freelance Prototyping Developer to join our team for an exciting project focused on redesigning and reengineering two major marketing sites. You will work alongside our design and development teams to rapidly prototype proof-of-concept layouts and interactive ideas, allowing our clients to vet designs within the browser.
Duration: August 25th – October 3rd, 2025, 20 hours per week
What You'll Do
- Rapidly prototype layouts, designs, and interactive concepts based on design and strategy input.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to iterate quickly and efficiently.
- Use AI-based tools to accelerate problem-solving and code generation.
- Set up front-end or full-stack demos to showcase design and functionality.
- Work quickly, adapting to changing objectives and frequently revising prototypes.
- Handoff approved prototypes to development teams with light documentation.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in rapid prototyping of web layouts and interactive ideas.
- Experience working closely with creatives, developers, and strategists.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for coding and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with quickly changing objectives and iterating on designs.
- Ability to provide clear, light documentation for handoff to dev teams.
- Ability to work on part-time engagements (20 hours per week).
Pay
- The expected pay range for this role is $45-$80 per hour on a 1099, but will depend on the level in which you are engaged
