Job Description

Our Combat Mission Systems business is hiring a Prototype Materials Master Scheduler to track and drive proactive management of material readiness required to meet the needs of the business and our customers to make concepts tangible with deadlines in mind.
Examples of typical work will include providing leadership to ensure the following:

  • Conducting and leading a cross functional teams to actively manage material readiness for our prototype projects.
  • Acting as a lead to make sure we have the parts we need at the right time.
  • Run and facilitate status meetings.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or relevant experience could be considered equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4 or more years related experience in a material demand planning and tracking, supply chain management and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work with processes and systems that are evolving and subject to change
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong orientation toward continuous improvement - Lean/Six Sigma
  • Proven experience of building strong teams, creating a culture of trust, and driving business excellence
  • Must be self-motivated and resourceful
  • Strong collaboration, training and coaching skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and work efficiently cross functionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Prior experience as a material scheduler/planner in a manufacturing environment
  • APICS certification
  • Knowledge of EPR/MRP systems - ORACLE preferred
  • Familiarization with EPDM
  • Savvy with Excel


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
