The Role

Eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic, “figure-it-out-as-we-go” environments and are eager to grow with us.

The Props Manager at the Eko Capture Factory will report directly to the Head of Special Teams. They are responsible for managing prop inventory and organization, working cross-functionally with procurement, creative and customer operations teams to ensure all prop-related styling aligns with client expectations and strategy. This is an on-the-floor role where you’ll be hands-on and highly organized with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and prop functionality.

What you will do:

  • Maintain prop inventory and ensure styling readiness for daily shoot schedules, including labeling, storage, replenishment and organization.
  • Recommend, source, and test new props based on creative needs and evolving category standards, ensuring we have the right props for each category.
  • Work closely with Procurement to order props, track deliveries, and manage prop budgets.
  • Own the on-the-floor prop area, supporting creative teams throughout shifts to ensure prop organization, quality, and availability to meet standards and production schedules.
  • Establish prop usage standards and operating procedures based on new category rollouts and evolving shoot requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Operations to avoid brand conflicts or prop issues (e.g., retailer competitor products)
  • Organize and label prop storage to maximize access, visual quality, and category reusability
  • Maintain clean, efficient prop areas and scalable prop check-in/check-out systems
  • Act as creative and operational liaison between Creative, Template, and Production teams

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years experience in props, styling, set design, or visual merchandising
  • Highly organized with great taste and attention to detail
  • Collaborative communicator who can work across creative, ops, and procurement functions
  • Able to manage and rotate physical inventory across multiple use cases
  • Comfortable taking ownership of a space and building new systems from scratch
  • Passionate about supporting a high-volume, high-velocity creative studio environment
  • Strong inventory and asset management skills
  • Must be on-site 5 days/week in Northwest Arkansas

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of something groundbreaking. This is an unparalleled opportunity to build the prop management function for a cutting-edge robotics studio at the forefront of innovation.
  • Hyper-growth environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a company that is scaling at an exceptional pace.

Benefits:

• 401K
• Premium health insurance
• Mental Health and Wellness Resources
• Life and Disability Insurance
• HSA/FSA
• 12 Paid Holidays
