As a Proposal Coordinator, you’ll be a critical part of our Growth team, ensuring the seamless execution of proposal development. You’ll work across departments to coordinate proposal processes, manage documents, and support timely, high-quality submissions. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help drive MetroStar’s success in securing government contracts.

What you’ll do:
- Support proposal managers with administrative tasks to facilitate the development of winning proposals
- Coordinate proposal meetings, including kick-offs, status calls, color reviews, and solution sessions
- Oversee proposal repositories and ensure document organization, version control, and compliance
- Track and distribute solicitation modifications, amendments, and updates
- Assist in editing, formatting, and producing polished proposal submissions
- Develop and distribute proposal templates, compliance matrices, and response frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience as a proposal coordinator, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of solicitation requirements to ensure compliance and clarity in responses
- Familiarity with the Shipley Proposal Process
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet critical deadlines
