We are looking for Lead Generation team members in our India locations. Though this is based in India, you will work with Xybion clients and prospective clients globally.

Primary Responsibilities:

Review and analyses RFPs, RFIs, to understand product and service requirements.

Ability to define, schedule, and manage the proposal development process, ensuring responses are complete and meets all mandatory qualification requirements.

Ability to interpret detailed requirements and provide accurate responses, highlight and address key areas.

Ensure proposals are concise, well-written, compliant with requirements, and positioned appropriately as per the Company’s value proposition.

Create proposal sections, collate inputs from various stakeholders such as SMEs, Technical Architects, Product Specialists etc. and write compelling bid solution responses.

Ability to be consistent, detail-oriented, and write in a factual, convincing manner.

Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines. Edit and revise proposals according to feedback, while maintaining version control.

Maintain internal knowledge repository by regularly updating and improving boilerplate write-ups, key resumes, customer references and case studies across all product lines.

Maintain internal RFP tracker and track deal status from pipeline to closure.

Final Proofread of proposals before submission (grammatical, spelling and formatting inconsistences)

Desired Profile:

7+ years IT Proposal Writing experience. (Pharma/Lifesciences/Healthcare experience is a plus.)

Ability to study and quickly understand Company’s service and product offerings and customers business requirements.

Customer-centric thinking and focus

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong written and oral English language skills

Ability to work under demanding timelines whenever required.

Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all internal and external stakeholders working in fast paced environment.

Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint knowledge is a must.
