About the role

The Proposal Support and Operations Lead at Concept Plus is a core contributor to the Proposal Center of Excellence, providing hands-on operational, coordination, and document production support across active proposal efforts. This role is designed for a quick-turn, deadline-driven proposal environment. The Proposal Support and Operations Lead ensures the PCoE operates smoothly by supporting 1) proposal coordination, 2) desktop publishing, 3) color reviews, 4) resourcing, and 5) proposal operations. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools is expected to help accelerate execution while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance.

What you'll do

• This role is intentionally focused on five core areas:
• • Proposal coordination and execution
  • Template development, desktop publishing and document production
  • Color review support
  • Proposal resourcing support
  • Proposal operations systems and file libraries
• Proposal Coordination & Execution
• • Support the Proposal Center of Excellence during active pursuits, including quick-turn proposals
  • Assist with proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
  • Provide operational support to proposal managers to keep pursuits on track
  • Ensure proposal activities follow established PCoE processes and standards
• Template Development, Desktop Publishing, Document Production
• • Provide desktop publishing support, including formatting, layout, and document assembly
  • Ensure proposals meet formatting, branding, and submission requirements
  • Prepare proposal files for reviews and final submission
• Color Review Support
• • Support color review logistics by coordinating materials, consolidating comments, and tracking updates
• Proposal Resourcing
• • Assist with proposal resourcing by tracking availability of writers, reviewers, and subject matter experts
  • Maintain resourcing trackers to support visibility and workload balancing across the PCoE
• Proposal Systems, Libraries & AI Support
• • Update CRM records related to proposal activities and submissions
  • Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and operational documentation
  • Use AI-assisted tools to support document preparation, organization, and workflow efficiency
  • Apply AI responsibly to improve speed and accuracy while preserving proposal integrity

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, proposal coordination, and desktop publishing
• 3+ years of experience supporting quick-turn, deadline-driven proposal environments
• Working familiarity with AI-assisted tools used for document production and workflow support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GovCon or professional services proposal environments
• Familiarity with CRM or proposal tracking systems
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent proposals
