Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process: from opportunity review and kickoff to submission and post-mortem
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (technical leads, designers, strategists, writers) to develop tailored and compliant proposals
- Maintain a centralized proposal content library (case studies, bios, capabilities, past performance, etc.)
- Ensure all proposal submissions meet client requirements for structure, compliance, formatting, and deadlines
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Track and report on proposal outcomes, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Work with the U.S. and European team members to align on strategy, scope, and work estimation for proposals.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., for drafting, summarizing, formatting, and content retrieval) to improve speed and consistency.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or RFP response roles (preferably in a digital agency, IT, or consulting environment)
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google docs), and Microsoft Office and; experience with proposal or content management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Experience or interest in AI tools for content creation or process automation is strongly preferred
