About the Job
We’re changing the way people think about customer care, and we need your help! We’re looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team.
The proposal coordinator acts as a strategic advisor, supporting our internal Sales and CX teams, working on new and existing client partner opportunities. In this position, you will work on RFPs/RFIs/questionnaires and proactive proposals in various formats from project intake, through the drafting process and deliverable output. Throughout the process, you will project manage, collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), lead meeting discussions and draft responses leveraging existing content and generating new content with the use of AI and technologies.
As Proposal Coordinator, You Will…
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (including Gemini and Notebook) alongside our established content libraries to draft and fully customize a variety of deliverables, including RFPs, RFIs, sales presentations, and security compliance questionnaires. You will absorb a high volume of complex information across different organizational topics, understanding the context deeply enough to act as the ultimate quality checker and editor of all AI-generated content.
Own the final polish of our deliverables across Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. You will independently manage consistent formatting, document structure, and light design elements to ensure our proposals and presentations are highly professional, readable, and visually compelling.
Seamlessly project manage multiple fast-moving proposal lifecycles simultaneously. You will confidently coordinate with SMEs and senior executive leadership across a highly remote, global ecosystem to gather critical inputs.
Work in a highly communicative environment driven by continuous feedback and revision cycles. You will stay ahead of the curve as our internal systems, tools, and AI market capabilities continuously evolve.
As Proposal Coordinator, You Have…
A University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
At least 1 year of professional work experience (which can include internships, co-ops, or post-graduation roles). While prior proposal experience is not required, you bring strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills, and are eager to grow your career in a fast-paced corporate environment.
An agile and autonomous work style, learning quickly, navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and establishing workflows independently to solve problems or determine next steps.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) with strong document layout and formatting skills. (Note: No Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign experience is required).
Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically across teams, absorbing feedback constructively and navigating varying levels of seniority.
Curiosity for generative AI technologies and the ability to synthesize organizational knowledge to ensure everything we produce is accurate, strategic, and persuasive.
