How will you contribute to the team?

• As part of the Capture and Proposals team, work with technical staff to coordinate and develop content for RFP-compliant, competitive, and quality proposals and statements of qualification, while saving reusable content for future pursuits. Assist in strategically leading proposals by performing research, gathering information from the team and assisting or leading win theme and storyboard discussions. This role encompasses both logistics and strategy. Understands the Atkins brand initiatives and marketing and business development process in marketing tools and systems and has full working knowledge of Vision info centers.

• Pursuits - Follow the AtkinsRéalis proposal development process and tools using best practice/GISBP principles. Participate in storyboard session and text development. Help develop and improve proposal content by interviewing and working with technical staff and performing independent research. Assist with development and application of proposal/presentation themes. Customize projects, resumes, boilerplate, and other text to align with client/pursuit, objectives. May work with capture managers to develop project capture plan, pursuit strategy, campaigns, goals, issues, benefits, solutions and proofs. Edit drafts. Assist in developing presentations. May conduct IQRs.

• Database - Develop, update, and maintain content in the AtkinsRéalis database following established writing and formatting guidelines. Provide detailed queries and reports. Identify and pull resumes and project descriptions in support of pursuit efforts. Support employee and company certification and prequalification efforts. Ensure client debrief information is captured. Coordinates and guides pursuit close-out process, updates and maintenance.
