Our team is responsible for preparing bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, working on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

You will contribute to the operational plan of our department.

As a Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Support the development of proposals
• Prepare, compile and submit required tender documentation
• Prepare the cost model for the commercial opportunity
• Follow up with other functions to obtain needed information
• Elaborate on the deal budget
• Handle the CRM and ERP systems
• Lead proposals for standardized products/spare parts with pre-defined options (flow proposals)
• Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices
• Discusses sales approach with Tender Manager or Commercial Leader
• Support on the preparation of the business case slides
• Analyze the commercial database and prepare required reports

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering, Economic Sciences, Administration or other correlated areas bachelor’s degree; OR up to 1 year pending to graduate from university in one of the mentioned fields.
• Minimal 1-year previous experience within Commercial function
• Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
• Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills and be fluent in English
• Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
• Have intermediate Microsoft Office
• Have 1-year experience with ERP or CRM systems
