Prompt Engineer – Content Creation

Nutrifactor Laboratories is seeking a Prompt Engineer to assist our Creative Department, driving the use of Generative AI to design ads, digital marketing campaigns, brand visuals, and websites. This unique role combines prompt engineering expertise, enabling the team to produce impactful, innovative, and scalable creative assets powered by LLMs, image-generation, and video-generation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Department in leveraging AI models (text, image, and video) for advertising, branding, and marketing content
• Design and refine prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and creative AI tools (MidJourney, Veo 3, Freepik etc.)
• Build prompt workflows for generating high-quality creative ads, social media content, website designs, and product visuals
• Maintain strong brand consistency and storytelling across all platforms
• Assist creative team in adopting AI tools and prompt engineering practices for maximum impact
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  
• Certifications or advanced training in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Digital Marketing (preferred)
  

Experience

• 1+ years of experience working with AI models (text, image, or video generation) for creative or marketing applications
  
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) and LLMOps tools (LangChain, PromptLayer, LangSmith, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of website design and digital branding
