As a Prompt and Campaign Manager, you will focus on the practical aspects of campaign delivery and AI integration. You’ll help engineering and CRM teams implement new AI-driven processes, designs, and test prompts, and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently. • Assist in preparing, scheduling, and deploying AI-driven CRM campaigns across digital channels, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
• Help integrate AI agents and tools into the CRM workflow. Design, test, and refine prompts to optimise AI-generated content and campaign assets.
• Responsible for AI integration and prompt engineering efforts to onboard and configure AI agents, such as ChatGPT, for use across internal tools and workflows.
• Set up and maintain automated messaging flows to improve campaign efficiency and customer experience.
• Conduct thorough checks on campaign assets, automations, and AI outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards.
• Partner with data engineers to label and prepare CRM datasets for AI model training.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to troubleshoot issues, share learnings, and document best practices for prompt and campaign optimization.
• Track campaign and prompt performance metrics, reporting issues and opportunities for improvement to senior team members.
• Stay updated on AI and CRM trends, experimenting with new tools and techniques to improve campaign outcomes.

• Demonstrated skills in AI, including prompt engineering and integrating AI into practical use cases.
• A foundational understanding of CRM systems or campaign management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A proactive willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing workflows.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
