Skillbridge Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Promotions Staff member to join our Austin team.
In this role, you will support promotional campaigns, assist with customer and public engagement, represent the organization at promotional activities, and help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and activities.
- Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional, welcoming, and positive manner.
- Engage with customers and members of the public to communicate campaign information clearly.
- Support promotional events, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
- Provide accurate information about services, programs, or current promotions.
- Help coordinate promotional materials and campaign resources.
- Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
- Maintain strong standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with general campaign organization and day-to-day promotional operations.
