Role Summary
As a member of our team, your role involves providing crucial support in the planning, coordination, and execution of branded merchandise projects.
In this role, your attention to detail, effective communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential for successful project execution and client satisfaction. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and the achievement of project objectives.

Primary Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of branded merchandise projects
  • Communication with suppliers, customers and internal departments
  • Execution and processing of incoming orders and projects
  • Management of project budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, milestones and project goals
  • Reporting and escalation to management as required

Skills and Experience We Would Like You To Have
  • Good team player, interested in working in multi-functional teams
  • Interested in Marketing, Communication and Creativity
  • Strong interpersonal skills as we are working with suppliers and customers in different countries
  • Process driven, structured and able to work well under time pressure
  • 3 years in a relevant role (Wholesale and Foreign Trade, Logistics or comparable)
  • English and German fluent language skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experiences with handling of numbers & commercial thinking
  • Experiences with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access capabilities)
