About the RoleAs a Promotional Marketing Associate, you’ll represent national brands and nonprofit organizations at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. Your role is to engage the public, share compelling brand messages, and create memorable experiences that drive awareness and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, execution, and teardown of promotional events
Engage attendees and customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Promote client products, services, or nonprofit initiatives
Distribute marketing materials and generate interest in campaigns
Track performance and gather feedback to improve results
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Outgoing, energetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, motivated, and team-oriented
Immediate availability is a plus
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
Weekly pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
