About the RoleAs a Promotional Marketing Associate, you’ll represent national brands and nonprofit organizations through engaging, face-to-face campaigns at live events and retail settings. Your goal is to connect with customers, share brand messages, and create memorable experiences that drive awareness and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events
Engage customers and event attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm
Promote client products, services, or nonprofit missions to increase awareness
Distribute marketing materials and generate interest in campaigns
Track event performance and gather customer feedback
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, energetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Immediate availability is a plus
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful — but not required.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
