About the Role: Promotional Marketing AssociateAs a Promotional Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of national brands and nonprofits at live events, retail locations, and community outreach programs. Your role is all about creating memorable, positive customer experiences through face-to-face marketing and personal engagement.
What You’ll DoAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events
Engage customers and event attendees with a friendly, professional approach
Promote products and nonprofit missions to increase brand awareness and support
Distribute promotional materials and spark interest in campaigns
Track event performance and gather valuable customer feedback
Collaborate with your team to achieve event and campaign goals
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Energetic, outgoing, and ready to thrive in fast-paced marketing environments
A motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Immediate availability is a plus!
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
Weekly pay: base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
