We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help support live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and nonprofit outreach initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, community engagement, and fundraising campaigns.
In this role, you will assist with the execution of promotional marketing events, interact with the public, and help raise awareness for nonprofit organizations and community-focused programs. No prior experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns and community events
Represent nonprofit partners and promotional initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and pop-up activations
Set up and maintain event displays, promotional booths, signage, and marketing materials
Interact with community members to share information, promote campaigns, and encourage participation or donations
Support event logistics including registration, setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement
Track event interactions, campaign performance, and outreach metrics
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve campaign and fundraising goals
Interest in marketing, promotions, nonprofit outreach, or public relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with confidence in face-to-face engagement
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced event environments
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Availability for weekend and occasional evening events
No previous marketing or promotions experience required — full training is provided.
