The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns for our nonprofit and charity partners. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, promoting meaningful causes, and participating in community marketing and fundraising events.

In this position, you will assist with the planning and execution of live promotional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and charity fundraising efforts. Your ability to communicate with the public and create engaging event experiences will help increase awareness and donations for the organizations we represent.

The Event Marketing Assistant will also support the marketing team with event coordination, promotional initiatives, and general marketing support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute promotional marketing events designed to raise awareness and generate donations for nonprofit partners

  • Set up and manage event booths, branded displays, signage, and promotional materials

  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing and promotional collateral

  • Engage with event attendees to share information about nonprofit initiatives and encourage participation

  • Support fundraising campaigns and donation collection activities

  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients, and community stakeholders

  • Provide support with event logistics, campaign coordination, and marketing administration

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred

OR

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales promotions, customer engagement, advertising, events, or a related industry

Relevant internships, volunteer work, or entry-level marketing experience may also be considered.
