The Promotion Management Coordinator's role is to create, organize, test and manage corporate and store promotions and coupons. This person reports to the Director of Store Systems.
- Support Marking, Purchasing and Operators by creating and testing promotions
- Communicating with other teams and operators
- Maintaining promotion servers
- Creating knowledge base assets and training service desk as needed
- Base Salary Range: $33.50-$36.00

- Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Sciences preferred and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of NCR Loyalty Pro
- Excellent customer service orientation and knowledge of applicable best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of cataloging and archiving techniques
- Superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements.
- Understanding of basic project management principles.
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Experience with the use of various storage media and POS systems.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
