As the Promotion Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of promotional activities for Nestlé products in assigned supermarkets to support increasing product visibility and sales.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, monitor and track the working hours of Promoters. This includes checks on compliance and signing of stores logbooks and /or Visicom platform
- Plan and manage the monthly channel executions with promoters
- Provide weekly and accurate reports to include: opening and closing inventory, sell out data*, activation photos and competitors activation's shopper feedback and insights
- Evaluate the performance of team members and executed promotional activities against pre aligned objectives to ensure that they are assessed in accordance with agreed standards, procedures and timetables where applicable.
- Ensure promotions are within company´s standards
- Ensure promotion premium items are in stock and maintained for the promotion duration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external business partners
- Escalate promotional issues to TMM that are to be managed directly by Nestle
- Be fully compliant in the management of infant nutrition on the trade in accordance with company’s policies
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the coordination of promotions, sales, marketing or similar role. Prior experience in Trade Marketing is an asset.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite.

Additional Information:
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and own a reliable motor vehicle to facilitate travel to the assigned locations/supermarkets
- Food Handlers Permit
- Travel will be required for on-site supervision and coordination of promotional activities.
