Objetivo del puesto: Promover el fondo editorial de Editorial Estrada y Puerto de Palos en instituciones escolares dentro de Capital Federal y GBA.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:
- Promover nuestro fondo editorial a través de contactos personales o virtuales con clientes actuales y/o potenciales.
- Planificar sus tareas en coordinación con los supervisores de ventas para cumplir con el plan de promoción de cada temporada y los objetivos de ventas.
- Hacer el análisis de su zona al final de cada temporada, destacando fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas en función de las actividades de la competencia.
- Conocer en detalle el catálogo de productos (impresos y digitales) y las herramientas de promoción y ventas disponibles de Editorial Estrada y Puerto de Palos y de la competencia.
- Usar la base de datos de la compañía para registrar y mantener actualizada la información de los clientes de su cartera. Esta base de datos es la herramienta fundamental para la planificación de sus tareas.
- Participar de capacitaciones internas de productos, habilidades de ventas/planificación, herramientas de promoción, etc.
- Participar de eventos del sector en los que la empresa exhibe y promociona los productos del catálogo.
- Viáticos garantizados (seguro de automóvil, patente, gasolina, peajes, estacionamientos, mantenimiento del automóvil)
Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos
Esenciales/Excluyentes:
- Experiencia en promoción o ventas
- Movilidad propia (automóvil).
- Disponibilidad full time.
- Capacidad y responsabilidad para trabajar en forma proactiva tanto en equipo como de manera autónoma y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y base de datos (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Office).
- Residir en AMBA (área metropolitana de Buenos Aires, Argentina)
Deseables/No excluyentes:
- Conocimiento del sector de la enseñanza.
- Experiencia en el sector editorial de textos.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
