As a Promoter, your primary responsibility is to present, promote, and sell Nestlé products to prospective customers. You will utilize factual insight to persuade and influence customers, while establishing and maintaining positive business relationships and achieving sales targets within set schedules.
- Present , promote and sell Nestlé products using factual insight to persuade prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply direct supervisor(s) with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Keep abreast with best practices and Nestle promotion guidelines
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and Skills
- 3 CXC, Heart Certification or other certification
- Experience in Sales
- Experience in Customer Service
- Competent in Excel
- Food Handlers Permit
- Must have valid ID
- Flexible
- Proactive
