Role Summary
You will work for the business line Euronext Corporate Solutions and particularly on the solution iBabs, a board portal for the public sector. Your main goal as Projects & Optimisation Analyst is driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results for customers. In this role, you will play a key part in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring the highest standards of service and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing a variety of internal and external projects to enhance our service offering and customer satisfaction, respecting budget, resource planning, deadlines and priorities.
- Leading customer projects, including onboarding new clients, managing implementations after successful public tenders, overseeing data migration projects, and supporting mergers or divestitures of existing customers.
- Coordinating internal projects focused on improving service delivery processes, maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards, and upholding data security in line with ISO27001 requirements.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and proactively initiating and leading optimisation projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define, track, and report project KPIs to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Proactively escalate risks and blockers internally when needed to keep projects on track and ensure delivery.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Primary experience in project management, ideally in a technology or service-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Knowledge of and affinity with various project methodologies applied, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and PRINCE2.
