Position Objective
The objective of this role is to ensure the efficient management of the reception, acceptance, and invoicing processes associated with purchase orders within microwave link deployment projects. The position will be responsible for guaranteeing traceability, accuracy, and proper recording of transactions within corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Register purchase orders in ERP systems.
- Manage the collection and formalization of customer acceptances.
- Request and verify the correct issuance of invoices related to accepted work.
Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational delays and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and tools.
- Participate in the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and quality within the area.
Reporting and Follow-up
- Prepare tracking reports for order and project backlogs.
- Monitor performance dashboards and key indicators, ensuring accurate and timely updates of information.
Interaction with Internal Teams and Clients
- Maintain proactive communication with Project Managers and collaborating teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Train regional teams on internal processes and relevant updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the area.
Required Profile
Education (not mandatory)
- Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
Experience in the following areas will be valued:
- Purchase order registration and administration in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Management and follow-up of non-recurring invoicing for B2B customers.
- Preparation of reports and analysis using Excel and corporate systems.
- Identification and implementation of internal process improvement initiatives.
Specific Knowledge
Required:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Familiarity with PMI/PMP methodologies.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Certifications or courses in Project Management.
